Check-In

Today, I got yelled at for burning too many calories! What????

My trainer says he wants me at a MAXIMUM calorie deficit of 1,000/day. Because I guess beyond that, you're really just burning off muscle! It's hard, though. With our current workouts, I am working HARD, and easily burn over 3,000 calories on a training day. It's actually a struggle to eat enough to make up for that!

Percentage-wise, I'm still holding strong. Bring on the weekend!
