And we're off! ...to a not-so-great start. I worked really hard on Tuesday to stay within my calorie budget, and basically succeeded, even with eating out for lunch! My breakdown:

60% Carbs
22% Fat
Good Job!
The bad: Even with walking around temple square for an hour, and climbing stairs during commercials, and running on the treadmill as a last-ditch effort to make my goal, I still only burned 2515 for the day. How depressing. Just barely short!
